If you're addicted to the no-muss, no-fuss fat-reduction finesse of cooking spray-and who can blame you?-save yourself some clams, as well as some unpronounceable preservatives and additives, by making your own.
It couldn't be easier, according to Tracey McBride, author of Frugal Luxuries: Simple Pleasures to Enhance Your Life and Comfort Your Soul (1997, Bantam). Slap on a label and shake the bottle well before use, and you'll never know the difference.
