The Beekman Boys are no strangers to arts and crafts. On the farm, it's all about finding a quick and original solution to the task at hand. From orange rind candle votives to place cards made from twigs and acorns, creativity is never short at Beekman 1802. In season two, Brent continues the ingenuity with a fun, new way to display dinner napkins.

This simple craft can add that extra special touch to any outdoor picnic or dinner party, with supplies that can be found at your local Michael's store.

These are Brent's steps to making the perfect grommet napkin:

By using an inexpensive grommet assembly kit and some cheap flour sack cloth, you can turn ordinary napkins into a decorative yet practical table accent.

First, place some nails - the older, the better - to the side of each table setting. Then, just fold the cloths in half lengthwise, and place the grommet half way down the length of the napkin and about an inch in from the folded edge. Hook them on the nails and you have a fun, useful way to ensure your napkins will stay on the table and not in your yard!

If you don't want to use nails, push pins or thumb tacks can easily substitute. After the party, re-use the napkins throughout the house for quick and easy clean-up of all your creative messes.
