A nursery is the one room in your house where the sky's the limit in terms of decorating. Whether you decorate the room in a gender-neutral theme or a theme that reflects what you love, it's easy to pull the room together with personal, diy projects. Here are five of our favorite nurseries, each chock full of inspiration.
1. Forest Themed Nursery It's the details that count, from the hand-sewn quilt, to the painted side table, to the altered drapery. This beautiful room is so soothing and calm, and will definitely grow with your child.
2. Football Themed Room This room is full of sports gear, including a photo mural, framed covers of football books, and a vintage football lamp found on ebay. Go team!
3. Vintage Army Theme With Mom in the reserves and Dad currently a soldier, an vintage army theme seemed natural for this baby boy. Our favorite items: the toy chest, fashioned from an old foot locker, and the mosquito netting window coverings!
4. Mario World Nursery This lucky baby is living in Mario's world. The wall murals were printed out in small pages and carefully pieced together. We love the little star pillow on the rocking chair.
5. Pirates! This baby is lucky that both Mom and Dad are artistic! This fantastically detailed pirate themed mural makes the room. Coordinating bedding reinforces the buccaneer theme.
