A little playfulness in the office never hurt anyone, right? It's good to let your guard down here and there at work, especially if you're helping to save on resources while you're at it. Children seem to get tired of stuffed toys more quickly with each year. It doesn't take long for kids these days to get hip to Wii systems and PSPs and leave their old stuffed toys behind. Many households have piles of stuffed toys that have builtup over the years that are no longer being put to use. If your household has begun to accumulate stuffed toys and you work in an office, you may want to consider bringing your stuffed toys to work.
A stuffed toy works just as well at erasing dry erase marker as a standard eraser. So instead of letting your office order erasers time and time again, why not suggest using a stuffed toy? It'll bring a lightheartedness to the office all while halting the production of erasers your office doesn't actually need. Sure, Lion King's Simba may seem a little unprofessional dancing across a whiteboard at a formal business meeting, but who says you can't use him for fun on your own whiteboard?
If you've already got the toys lying around that aren't being used; bring them into the office! They absolutely lend a hand in cleaning...and in mood! Your old stuff toys have already been produced, but the erasers you may need in the future have not been produced yet...and if we can reduce the amount of items being produced, why not? There's no law saying grown-ups can't make use of stuffed toys!
