Thank Your Boss for Green Office Changes on National Boss's Day

If National Boss's Day caught you by surprise and you didn't get a card, don't stress. This just means you can save some trees and thank your boss the green way, with an e-card. (Chances are you're online all day anyway! ) When you're thanking your boss for being the best ever, let them know that you also appreciate their positive and green efforts.

Is Your Boss Green?

Your boss might be green if he or she gave the green light on:

- workplace recycling or reuse programs

- bike friendly office

- carpooling incentive

- exercise or yoga program for staff

- donation or volunteer programs to benefit the community or environment

- a workplace CSA

- permission to work from home

Or if he or she provided information or resources on a going green in the workplace, you've got a green boss.

When thanking your boss for those awesome green actions. Be sure to be specific & tell them just what you are thankful for and how they've made a positive impact on the workplace and/or the community.

Today might be national boss day, but there's no time like the present, or any other day to thank your colleagues for their green actions too. If you've seen someone to go out of their way to create positive changes for the planet, be sure to tell them how awesome they are. Then get inspired by their green actions and start taking action for the planet too.
