Use Pingg For Your Next Office Party
One of the things I have enjoyed most about working in an office over the years has been the parties that are occasionally thrown. There's something special about spending recreational time with those you share an office with. Not only are office parties good for bonding with fellow colleagues (and therefore helping work to run more smoothly), but generally speaking, they're fun!
But when you're organizing an office party, you have to square away a lot of details and one of those details is the invitations.
Assuming you want to invite your office to a party in a slightly classier manner than a mass email but a more eco-conscious manner than physical invitation cards, what are you supposed to do?
My advice is to use Pingg. Pingg is a site devoted to event management. They do everything from customized invitations to RSVPs and thank you notes...and they do it all online. The invitations are easy to set up. The site is so well-run that when Martha Stewart caught wind of it, she started working alongside Pingg.
So the next time you're planning an office party-use this site. You'll be sending paper-less invitations that are classy nonetheless in no time!
