This easy-to-make t-shirt has a cool country feel.
I'm a sucker for all things western, southern, country...and so on. I'm surprised I haven't transplanted myself to a more suitable city by now. (But hey, there are two, count 'em, two bars in NYC with regular mechanical bulls. I'm just sayin'). If you have an old t-shirt lying around, use this quick fix to give your boring old shirt a country feel through fringed straps.
How to give your t-shirt fringed straps:
Choose a T-shirt
Locate your shirt.
Make the Cut
Cut off the shirt's sleeves.
Create Slits
Cut slits into the shoulder straps.
Create Fringe Cut the fabric from your cut-off sleeves into strands and knot them to the slitted sleeves. Do this as many times as you want until you have the fringed effect you're going for. Enjoy! Revamping your old shirts is a great way to get a new look without buying anything new.
