Grace is one of the front counter managers and the eldest sibling in the Valastro clan. She creates the schedule for the employees every week and has a bubbly, outgoing personality. Her husband, Joe, works in the mix room as one of the top bakers. Grace loves her family to death and would do anything for them, but don't ask her to cook dinner -- she doesn't do it!
Grace and Joe are proud of their two kids Bartolina (12) and Robert (16). Robert has started working part-time at the bakery when he has free time away from school and wrestling practice.
