Lili

Lili is a 25-year-old law student who looks about 15. Just 5 feet tall, this Washington, D.C., native has a "cutesy" look that isn't going to cut it in court. Her mother, aunt and sister are desperate to settle the case, so they've called in our ultimate style gurus: Wayne Scot Lukas and Stacy London. The evidence of Lili's crimes against fashion is pretty conclusive: overalls, short pants and clunky shoes. In just one short week, this attorney-in-training will have to grow from adolescent to assertive. Lili is put on a strict regime of sexy suits and slick style with hairdresser Nick Arrojo attempting to tame her "bushy" hair and makeup artist Carmindy Bowyer on a mission to conceal her under-eye shadows caused by too much studying! Lili's Rules:

• Wayne and Stacy advised Lili to look for soft corduroy pants with a straight leg and vents on the side (as opposed to boot cut). They teamed up the pants with a collarless, boxy denim jacket - slightly long in the waist, but definitely "fitted."
• They also showed Lili a pair of gorgeous straight-legged, pin-striped pants; the effect on Lili would be one of elongation.
• The stylists advised her to look for a fitted suit. They showed Lili a three-buttoned jacket that fell just below the hip; its matching skirt just skimmed the knee.
• Look for more delicate shoes that have a bit of a heel.

Makeup Process:

1. Apply moisturizer to the face and then follow with a light veil of foundation with a sponge.

2. Apply a concealer that matches your foundation with a small tipped concealer brush. Dab onto blemish and then push in the concealer with your finger. Then apply a lighter shade of concealer under eye area with a concealer brush. Apply it right in the dark area, not under, to avoid that raccoon effect. Try Laura Mercier's Camouflage Cream because it has two different shades of concealer.

3. Apply a dusting of translucent powder in the T-zone of the face.

4. Apply a peach shade of blush onto the apples of the cheek and along the cheek bones. Dust a little, whatever is left on the brush, onto the temples.

5. Apply a shimmering neutral shade over the entire lid in a sheer wash of color.

6. Apply a dark brown shade of shadow along the lash line and a bit over the outside half of lid.

7. Apply Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara in "blackest black" to upper lashes and a little on lower lashes.

8. Apply a beautiful shade of lip gloss. Try Lancome's Juicy Tube in "Beach Plum" ... and she's gorgeous!

Hair by Nick Arrojo

Hair Products:

• KMS Flat Out

• KMS Weightless Shine Serum

Hair Process:

1. Use a good amount of Flat Out (KMS) and blow dry with a natural boar-bristle round brush.

2. Once dry, work each section through with a flat iron. Spritz each section with Hot Pressed (KMS) before ironing.

3. Finish with Weightless Shine Serum (KMS) for sheen and luster.
